I’m coming up on my blog birthday! Yay! I’m 1 follower away from one hundred, and I can’t be more thrilled with how it’s working out. When I started my blog, I only had a small clue as to what I was doing. The only experience I had was my family blog that I keep, and reading others. I had no idea what a HUGE, WIDE world the blogosphere is, what incredibly creative and inspiring people there are out there, and that I could influence people through the written word. But I’ve learned a few things, too, and I wanted to share them with you.

I use Picnik for my photo editing. I upload my photos to Picasa, and open them in Picnik. I then choose to type “My Favorite Finds” and add it to my photos. It’s usually in the bottom right hand corner of my pictures, unless the background is white. Then, I’ll put it somewhere else.
