Classroom Christmas parties, family get togethers, dessert for Advent service soup suppers…..the Christmas commitment list goes on and on, doesn’t it? I find that when I make a dish that turns out to be easy and yummy, it becomes my go to for everything during a season. That is the case with these Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookie Bars. The one thing I love about them is they are made from ingredients I already have on hand all the time. Second, it makes a lot of bars, and they end up looking festive without being time consuming. You need to put these on your Christmas baking rotation!

Halloween is coming so soon! And we like to have a little Disney mixed in with our Halloween excitement. Pirates are a classic Halloween costume, right? And, we like to “BOO” our neighbors with fun treats on their doorsteps so I am often looking for cute little treats and easy ideas to add to the “BOO” package. This year, I created a Pirate Minnie Mouse popcorn box, AND I have so many other fantastic popcorn box ideas from my fellow blog friends. It’s time for the 2017 Popcorn Box Blog Hop and Giveaway! I am so super excited to be part of it again….it’s been a few years since I joined in with my BOO Wreath. The Minnie Mouse Popcorn Box is super simple, fun, and can be stuffed with your favorite treats!

Birthdays are my favorite thing about being a mom. Birthday cards, cheerful birthday decorations, a good party theme! It is all something I love. I want to show my kiddos that their life is so important! Whether that be the message in an American Greetings birthday card, the decorations, or even on the cake…..all the details matter to me when planning a summer birthday party. When we have a birthday coming up, my crafty side kicks in! That means I spend time in the months and weeks leading up to the birthday party crafting and planning all the decorations and party favors! My kids LOVE to come home with party favors. The party favors typically become my favorite part of the planning process. They are so fun! And, with a good theme, you can easily make them to match anything! Today, I am going to share my DIY Cupcake Pinata Favors with you!

Avocados are my favorite ingredient for summer dishes. On burgers, in salads, topping fajitas, or alongside my favorite Coca-Cola™ beverage in a dip or salsa-give me avocado, and I am a happy girl! This recipe is savory, yummy, and SO easy! I feel like avocados are always mushed up for guacamole, but it doesn’t have to be that way! This easy salsa has all the ingredients of a fresh salsa-and the avocados add a creamy, rich texture to it. So good! Today I am going to share my Chunky Avocado Salsa recipe with you-in hopes that it becomes a backyard favorite while you are partying with neighbors this summer!
Do you have a Tangled fan in your family? I do! My daughter and I are both huge Rapunzel fans, and the Rapunzel meet and greet at Magic Kingdom is one of my favorites at Walt Disney World. So today, I am bringing you a collection of 10 Tangled Inspired Crafts and Recipes!
One of our favorite ways to get settled into our Disney Cruise Line stateroom is to decorate the door! There are so many cute, easy ways to personalize your stateroom door! I had found some Mickey bodies on Etsy, which I am giving away as part of this Disney Land and Sea Giveaway that is going on right now, and then used some cardstock and simple Mickey head shapes to cut out decorations for our Disney Dream sailing last year. This time, for our Star Wars Day at Sea sailing on the Disney Fantasy, I decided to go one step further and decorate our door with some DIY Lightsaber Magnets!

In my house, fall is synonymous with two things. First, football season and second it’s time to bake! Once the weather cools, it is time for relaxing Saturdays and Sundays, watching our favorite teams on TV…or if we are really lucky, in person. However, when we can’t get to the game in person, we do a little “home gating” and enjoy our favorite foods and fun right here in our living room. That being said, I also have three kiddos and a husband to feed during game time. So, we try to keep things fun, easy, and all about the team spirit around our house. While the coaches are sending in players, I am sending in Skittles® to add color and fun to our game time. That is where the Best Sugar Cookies Ever come into play!
