I was at the moment, when I realized what I had planned for dinner needed taco seasoning, and of course I didn’t have any. It’s one of those standard things I pick up at the grocery-usually 4-5 envelopes at a time. My family eats tacos, quesadillas, and fajitas a lot…and sometimes the packaged mix doesn’t sit well with our tummies. I decided I had to make my own, and by doing so, I could make a few cups worth and keep it in the pantry.
So, there you have it. How easy? And economical? VERY!
