Menu Planning Tip: Keep records of your menus so you can revisit them and reuse them. When I do this, I find that there are meals that were really good….that I had forgotten about. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but after planning so many menus and trying new dishes, it’s easy to forget some of the really good ones or even the family favorites.
Sunday–Grilled Pizza, Salad, Apple Crisp
Monday- Hot Ham Sandwiches and Potato Chowder (we’re having family over for trick or treat, and it’s easy to just fill a cup with some soup, grab a sandwich, and go)
Wednesday-Beef Tacos/Southwest Chicken Wraps, Chips and Salsa
Thursday-Roast, Carrots, and Potatoes (in the crockpot)
Friday-Appetizer Night-nachos, potato skins, mozzarella sticks
