As part of our Advent celebrations, we were given a huge box of 25 Family Activities from my cousin. We’ve been hiding the Christmas pickle, making cards for soldiers, drinking peppermint hot chocolate, and most recently our activity was to make this popcorn.
Well, my kids being the traditionalists that they are, weren’t too thrilled with the idea of peppermint popcorn. You know kids…once they get an idea in their heads of how food will taste, they’re either all for it or all against it. So, I thought I’d make it anyway and share it at my cookie exchange for my Bible Study.
I can’t tell you how tasty, sweet, and wonderful this popcorn is!
White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn
*4 quarts of popped popcorn (about 3 microwave bags)
*1 bag of white baking morsels OR white melting chocolates (I prefer those because they are easier to work with )
*12 candy canes, crushed to the consistency of sand
