Welcome to my weekly link party, Wednesday Pinterest Favorites. I originally started sharing my favorite “pins” every Wednesday and have now turned it into a weekly link party!
What can you share here? ANYTHING! Is it worth pinning? Did you find something on Pinterest, make it, and blogged about it? Or, do you simply want to share a pin or one of your boards?
If so, this is the place for you!
PLEASE include at the very least a visible text link back to My Favorite Finds. Otherwise, the sky is the limit for your links.
This week, I’m sharing nativities.
I started collecting nativities informally when my grandma gave me my first one-from Sears-in 8th grade. I loved it, and thought it was so special.
There is something sweet and endearing to see Mary and Joseph with our Savior in His human, baby, innocent form. It is a great reminder to me that Jesus started on Earth as a baby, needy, human, and greatly loved by his parents…
After we were married, I really started to collect nativities, and now I have about 15. We only put them out at Christmas, but someday I’d like a glass hutch or some other way to display them year round.
The Willow Creek Nativity is my FAVORITE in my collection. It is on our mantle-simple, classic, and a reminder of Christ at Christmas.
A Modern Nativity
Vinyl Block Nativity
Tea Light Nativity
Do you collect anything? Where do you put nativities in your house? Ours are EVERYWHERE, but the one place we always put one is under the tree.
