These two love their LEGOS. Truth be told, they are pretty cool, provide hours of entertainment, and they use their brains when creating and putting them together. The down side-they’re kind of a pain to store. There are heads, bodies, swords, and all the shapes of bricks. Storing them in a huge storage container can make it frustrating to find just the right piece. Especially since my boys like to build the bigger sets, then play with the men that go with them. Enter the tackle box. Yep, a tackle box.
For their birthday-which is in February and not exactly fishing season-they each got a tackle box and a fishing pole. Since I didn’t want to just put the tackle boxes in the garage or basement and not use them, I suggested they put some LEGOS in them.
It works perfectly for the heads, swords, wheels, bodies of LEGO people, and other random pieces. These particular boxes came from Target. While the majority of their LEGO pieces are in the toy room, in a larger bin, they do have some in their room. So, these are kept on a shelf in their bedroom.
