Back to School Pencil Bouquet (with Free Printable)
It’s back to school time! I can hear shouts of delight from parents everywhere and groans from every kid. Most kids probably don’t start back until later in August but my daughter started first grade LAST WEEK! Yay for year round schools. Anyone else have kids in year round schools?
After all the glue stick shopping is done, send them off on their first day with a little something special and a note of encouragement. I bought some cute Dr. Seuss pencils and erasers to make this Pencil Bouquet with a printable.
Tie some pencils together with baker’s twine, put some matching erasers in a cellophane bag, seal it with washi tape and you have the perfect “first day” gift. Has your kid already started school? Don’t worry. This printable isn’t limited to the first day. You can use this free printable in a lunchbox, inside your child’s folder or attach it to a special treat all year long.
