Chocolate Chip Cookies are the best comfort food, aren’t they? Make this super easy, no fuss, and amazing cake mix chocolate chip cookies sooner than later!
I have recently fallen into the routine of needing something a little sweet….but I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. Secondly, my 10 year old daughter, is often asking if she can bake something. I have taken this request as an opportunity to teach her some easy recipes, and allow her to be more hands on in the kitchen. This is where the cake mix cookies come in! I literally gave her the box, helped her adjust it a bit for cookies, and she baked these mostly by herself!
How to Make Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Eggs

In your mixing bowl, and fitted with the paddle attachment, slowly combine the all the ingredients except the chocolate chips, until well combined.
Next, fold in the chocolate chips
