Peach Blueberry Sangria
Peach, blueberry, and wine. Â Three of my favorite flavors. Â How about you? Â They all come together so nicely in this Peach Blueberry Sangria that is sooo easy to make. Â And trust me, when it’s hot outside, you’ll want this yummy treat! Â Plus, who doesn’t love a little {or a lot} of wine now and then?! Â When we were driving home from South Carolina, we stopped to get some fresh fruit at a local roadside stand.
We left there with 2 quarts of blueberries, and a WHOLE BOX of peaches. Â Kid you not, there must’ve been over 75 peaches in this box. Â What was I to do with all of them?! Â I’ve always wanted to make sangria, and thought this would be the perfect time.
Peach-Blueberry Sangria {from Sarah’s Cucina Bella}
Ingredients:
5 ripe peaches, rinsed, peeled, and diced
1 cup blueberries
1 bottle Moscato {chilled}
Add all the above ingredients to a pitcher and stir. Â It’s best if you add chilled wine, so you can drink it right away. Â We mixed ours up mid morning, and let it chill in the refrigerator until dinner time. Â The best part, is eating the wine-soaked fruit! Â Yum!!
