Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Wafers
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Wafers are amazing! Today, I’m sharing a quick, favorite, after school snack. I am sure your family will love it, too!
When the boys arrive home from school, they ask for these Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Wafers. It doesn’t take much time and they’re ready to eat. Store them in the refrigerator to keep the chocolate from getting too messy. I can make a huge batch of these ahead of time, and store them in the refrigerator. So good! And, they quickly satisfy my craving for peanut butter and chocolate...without devouring an entire package of Reese’s Cups!
Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Wafers Ingredients:
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate discs
Peanut Butter
Water
How to Make chocolate peanut butter dipped vanilla wafers
Place a bowl, slightly larger than the saucepan, on top of the saucepan and place the chocolate chips in the bowl. Allow the chocolate to melt slowly, stirring it occasionally until it is smooth. (I added a few peanut butter chips this time).
While the chocolate is melting, make peanut butter sandwiches with the vanilla wafers. Lay a piece of wax paper on the counter. You’ll need this to lay the dipped sandwiches on.
Then, dip half of the cookie sandwich in the melted chocolate and place it on the wax paper to harden. They may be a little messy…but that is okay!
